Hawaiian Lanui 2016

After many months of planning we are finally embarking on our Hawaiian Holiday.  We will be spending four days on the island of Oahu, then departing on the Norwegian Cruise Lines Pride of America for a seven day cruise getting to see three more of the Hawaiian Islands.

We will depart from CVG and fly 4,420 miles to HNL a mere 11 hours and 15 minute flight. We will arrive in Honolulu, HI on the island of Oahu. We will then cruise to Maui, Hawaii - Hilo, Hawaii - Kona, Kaui then back to Oahu.

A little info about the Island sizes and populations

Oahu - also known as "The Gathering Place".  It is the 3rd largest of the Hawaiian Islands @ 596.7 square miles.  A population of 953,207.  Which is 2/3 of the population of the islands.

Maui - also known as "The Valley Isle".  It is the 2nd largest of the Hawaiian Islands @ 727.2 square miles.  A population of 144,444.

Hawaii - also known as "The Big Island".  It is the largest of the Hawaiian Islands @ 4028 square miles.  A population of 186,738.

Kauai -  also known as "The Garden Island". It is the 4th largest of the Hawaiian Islands @ 562.3 square miles.  A population of  67,091.
